Jake
Founder & CEO
Jake established ATP Accounting in 2020 following 11 years working in industry when Covid-19 changed his mindset on what he wanted his career to look like.
Jake is a Qualified Accountant with both the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and continues to look for ways to expand his knowledge base to be ahead of the continuous flow of changes.
Jake will often be found with a Diet Coke and a Wispa bar whilst repeating his favourite quote "It's not easy, is it".

Amy
Director
Amy is a Director along with her Husband Jake. She has been involved with ATP from the very start of it's journey and her ongoing support for the team proves to be essential to keeping things moving in the right direction.
Amy has raised 4 children whilst Jake had been building ATP and now takes an active role in the business working internally on a day-to-day basis to provide an all round support to the office.
Amy loves Only Fools and Horses, especially Del Boy, and enjoys a full fat coke to get her through the day.

Helen
Senior Accountant
Helen joined the team in 2023 from a varied background in a range industry based roles bringing over 15 years experience to the team.
Helen is a Qualified Accountant with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) in which she utilises this knowledgebase to provide support to the clients of ATP in all areas of their financials.
Helen is fond of lasagne and fruit cider and is a keen gym goer...which makes us tired just thinking about.

Jason
Client Manager
Jason joined us on a part-time basis in the early days of ATP in 2021 whilst in full-time University education. He left us for a short period whilst he completed his University degree and came back in 2025 as Client Manager.
Jason is currently studying with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and is keen to develop his knowledge further through doing so. He works as a Client Manager to keep clients happy and ensure their accounts are up-to-date.
He supports Liverpool FC and enjoys running and keeping fit.

Debra
Client Manager
Debra joined ATP in 2024 from a background working in various different industries and roles. She brought with her great organisational and interpersonal skills.
She works as a Client Manager, ensuring that clients day-to-day tasks as complete and that clients are informed and educated on their accounts and what they mean.
Debra is a swimming teacher and has her own swim coaching business and loves to go to live music events.

Shaun
Head of Client Success
Shaun joined ATP in 2021 following ATP's successful first year of trading. Shaun comes with a wealth of knowledge in sales and human resources.
He co-founded a training company based in York which he exited a number of years ago to 'retire' to a small-holding for the quiet life. Shaun then joined ATP to provide support as the business went from strength to strength.
Shaun's favourite snack is a handful of cashews. He loves to entertain the office, always keeping the banter on point.
